Enables the Android Back/Forward Cache when the WebView provider supports it.
Officially Supported Platforms/Implementations:
- Android WebView (Official API - WebSettingsCompat.getBackForwardCacheSettings):
- Available only if WebViewFeature.BACK_FORWARD_CACHE is supported.
